Repurpose an under-appreciated, overlooked art genre. What do you reveal?! An accessible, spend-thrift medium with limitless potential! Join us for an all-inclusive workshop of mask making. You will learn the basic process of building a mask form from concept to fruition. We will provide a “how-to” informational handout of the basic mask building process and walk through all the steps to assemble your own masks at home. This process takes a lot of time (mostly drying time). Primed and painted bases will be provided as well as basic embellishing materials. If you have a specific vision we would love to accommodate it but we do need to know what your overall creative goal is well in advance.
